Angela Muller, a native of the Russell area, is the Executive Director for the Russell County Area Community Foundation. She has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the Kansas State University and a Master’s degree in defense studies from the University of Reading in England. Her expertise includes professional experience with a number of federal and nonprofit agencies.

Her vision for the Foundation is “to support Russell County area nonprofits, organizations, and people in need and also work closely with donors to make the Foundation robust and effective. My relationship style is easygoing, and my door is always open to people interested in working with and contributing to the Foundation.”

Community foundation awards over $59,000 in spring grants SYLVAN GROVE, Kan.— During its spring grant cycle, the Post Rock Community Foundation awarded over $59,000 to eight projects throughout Lincoln County and those served by USD 298 and USD 299. Post Rock Community Foundation accepting grant applications

SYLVAN GROVE, Kan.— The Post Rock Community Foundation is accepting applications for spring grants. Online applications open March 1 and are due Friday, May 1, 2020. This year, over $60,000 is available to charitable projects within the Post Rock service area, which includes Lincoln County and all communities served by USD 298 and 299.
